National Director

Interserve is seeking our next National Director.

About the role:

The Australian National Director has two key tasks:

1. To articulate and embody who Interserve is and what it does (i.e. communicates the vision of Interserve and the biblical case for wholistic mission in cross-cultural contexts).
2. To lead Interserve Australia in developing and implementing the strategic plan to achieve our Vision and Purpose.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant cross-cultural experience.
• Be a compelling communicator of Interserve’s biblical vision for wholistic cross-cultural mission.
• Have experience in developing and implementing strategy.
• Be a collaborative leader with capacity to engage in operational matters.
• Subscribe to Interserve’s Statement of Faith, vision and values.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne (preferred). The role often involves meetings outside business hours, and both interstate and international travel.
