Policy Developer

Hellenic Ministries Greece is represented locally by Hellenic Ministries Australia Pacific. As a relatively new enitiy in Australia we are seeking to gain full membership of Missions Interlink and registration as a charity with ACNC. In addition we would like to have our organisational documents in order so that, in the future, we can appoint a regional director with clear operational guidelines.

The goal of this role is to prepare clear and concise policies and procedures for the operation of HMAP within Australia and New Zealand and in its relationship with HM Greece and HM International. Specifically:

- to develop clear, concise and consistent policies using existing templates where available

- to review and modify existing policy documents to ensure consistency and compliance

- to make recommendations to HMAP Committee of Management for changes in practice to facilitate the implementation of the policies

- to prepare HMAP for full membership of Missions Interlink and registration as a charity with ACNC

- to maintain clear and organized documentation

The appointment will be by contract, with remuneration, for 4 hours per week for 26 weeks, or the equivalent pro-rata.
