Nungalinya College

Nungalinya College is a combined churches (Anglican, Catholic and Uniting) training college for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults. We are located in Darwin and have students from all over Australia come to Darwin and study by intensive. Most students come from remote communities in the north or centre and speak a language other than English as their first language.  Our courses range from Certificate I to Certificate IV level and include literacy (using the Bible to teach English literacy) and numeracy, media, music, and Christian ministry and Theology.  Most of the church leaders in the Indigenous Churches of the Top End studied at Nungalinya College.
