Training for Administrators in Ministry is a series of seminars designed for Christian administrators – and this two week seminar is for those who lead them as well!

Whether you are currently working in administration in a Christian setting, aspiring to such a role, or require an overview of the administrative function, this seminar could be for you. It will provide valuable resource input whether you’re serving in a missions agency, church setting or Christian business.

We delve into what the Bible has to say about administration and the role that it plays in Kingdom work. You will explore the character of a godly administrator and how aspects such as faith and your relationship with Jesus are crucial. This seminar includes hands-on, practical sessions where you can learn new skills (or brush up on existing ones!) such as using Excel, basic graphic design, setting up websites, and understanding financial reports. Workshops are designed specifically to equip in areas of need and interest of the attendees. This is also a great opportunity for synergy and encouragement, as administrators and leaders from different backgrounds gather together in one place, we have the opportunity to share stories, ideas, tips and tricks, and other things we have learned along the way. This seminar can help you to know your role in Kingdom work and be equipped to do it!
