Prepare the Way

Develops mission mentors to raise up cross cultural gospel workers, while representing multiple mission agencies. Prepare the Way raises up and equips Christians to serve as mentors (called ‘Harvest Mentors’) to encourage those who are interested in cross cultural gospel work. A team of mission agencies, churches, University student groups and bible colleges is formed and collaborates to support one Harvest Mentor. This work complements the prayers of God’s people to the Lord of the Harvest to send out labourers into the harvest fields (which are ripe for harvest).
