Women in Leadership (South America)

SIM is looking for women with a passion to mentor and disciple other believers in South America. You can share your life and use your gifts to support and train church leaders. In many cultures women play an important role in the church serving as leaders. If you've had training in counselling and discipleship, why not invest your gifts to mentor women in leadership?

SIM missionary Jackie served with the Zulu church, training and supporting Christian men and women from all over South Africa at the Union Bible Institute (UBI) through her profession as a librarian.

One of the students Jackie mentored through her role was a young woman named Ntokozo who attended a Christian Education course Jackie coordinated. Ntokozo’s Sunday children’s program became so effective other churches began requesting Ntokozo to train more youth leaders.
