Speaking English might not seem like a particularly useful skill, but in Spain it's invaluable.
Both people with formal training, and those with informal training/experience in teaching English are needed on church-planting teams. Teaching English fills a genuine need of the Spanish people, as well as providing a natural network of relationships and opportunities to share your life and your faith.
