Teachers - Primary and Secondary

Would you like to broaden your professional experiences by working in a school in another part of the world? Tien Shan School in Central Asia has opportunities for teachers and other staff who have a heart to serve Third Culture Kids, their community and the country they live in.

By teaching at the school, you will play an important role in supporting families who are serving in the region. You will grow professionally as you apply your skills to mentor and disciple the next generation of transformational leaders.

The following positions are available for 2021-2022.

Primary: Homeroom Teacher

Middle Years: Math, History

Upper years: AP Chemistry/ Chemistry, Language Arts, Spiritual Formation

All School: Art, Admissions, ESL, Registrar, Librarian, Special Education, ICT (Computer Class)

Qualifications: Education degree or teaching certificate. Strong English proficiency, classroom experience is preferred, however, first year teachers may apply and student teachers are welcome to do their placements. Personal qualities of integrity, flexibility, teamwork, leadership and humour are important.
