Do you have a burden to see God’s Word translated into every language? There are many opportunities for you to use your linguistics skills to serve God through SIM.

Through SIM missionaries, the Fulani people in Benin now have access to the New Testament and parts of the Old Testament in their language. “It was a privilege to stand with one of our translators, holding one of the first copies of Genesis that was printed,” said Australian missionary Sil.

74 year old Ross spends his time between Australia and West Africa, adapting portions of the Bible from the already-translated Boko language to Kyanga, Shanga and Busa. These languages are only three of the 500 languages spoken in Nigeria where there are still 98 unreached people groups. Ross has had multiple opportunities to share the message of the Good News to many young people.
