ECM has a team working amongst refugees in South West Germany. The groups they work with include Tamils, Kurds, Turks and Arabs - people who have had to leave everything behind. They are thankful for friendship, practical help and the monthly English/Arabic church service offered.
Our team wants to provide help in areas the authorities don't. This includes medical, legal and social needs, language learning and transportation. The team is engaged in caring for refugees’ spiritual and physical needs, although the support for their physical needs is limited by the funds available. We are looking for individuals to join this team and work together on providing evangelism, counselling, literature distibution and church development for refugees and immigrants.
