ANDREW & KATE BLACKWELL SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR PASTOR OF INTERNATIONAL BAPTIST CHURCH

Andrew and Kate Blackwell are European Christian Mission (ECM) Missionaries serving in Sofia, Bulgaria. They are part of an English speaking congregation at International Baptist Church (IBC), Sofia, who are looking for a pastor to lead their multicultural, English language fellowship. IBC Sofia seeks to reach out to the English speaking community in Bulgaria, whether they are Bulgarian, or here as migrants, students, refugees, diplomats, business people, military, or families of these. Andrew and Kate have asked ECM to help in the search for a new pastor, who may have some connection or affiliation with ECM. This is a paid position.

They are ideally looking for a couple with these characteristics:

·      Evangelical in doctrine

·      Godly Christian leaders

·      Good pastoral skills – preaching, discipling, empowering and pastoral care

·      Passionate about God’s mission in hard and far-away places (like Europe)

·      International Experience would be an advantage
