Community Health & Development Advisor

We are looking for someone with expertise and experience in transformational community development work who will, with a counterpart senior staff, build capacity among project leaders and staff. They will provide technical advice and develop new professional areas in development work, bringing international expertise into the decisions in order to maximise the impact of INF’s work

All expatriate volunteers applying for an official visa require:
- A Master’s degree [or equivalent] in a relevant subject and at least five years of
experience in a related field.
- The desire to combine their Christian faith and technical expertise to equip,
encourage and strengthen the capacity of others.
- A good understanding of, and full commitment to, INF’s values and a passion
for intercultural Christian service.
- Intercultural training/experience.
- A sending agency/organisation.

Even without relevant qualifications, there may be opportunities to serve in an advisory/training capacity for three months or less.
Please note that INF is unable to pay salaries to expatriate workers in Nepal.
