Café Ministry Outreach

If you have a heart to reach and serve the poor and vulnerable, then volunteering in this café will give you that opportunity. Based in a poor social housing area of the town of Hauteville, it provides a place to meet, chat, share testimony, pray with those who ask, encourage and show love to the needy and the lonely. There are a number of nationalities and migrants as well as white French who visit the café. The team is always looking for ways to engage with the community depending on the gifts, abilities and ideas of those who come to serve. You will be working with a small network of church plants and house churches and will have the opportunity to be involved in church ministry, depending on your gifts and skills. Qualifications: French language fluency or a willingness to learn is necessary. Barista skills an advantage.
