Transition Training (TT) | MI

This course is a ten-day, live-in intensive course providing orientation to participants preparing to live in another culture and prior to their deployment as long-term cross-cultural missionaries.

It addresses the issues involved in making an effective transition to another culture. It is designed to supplement Bible College and other field-specific training. The course is experiential and interactive and participants set their own learning contracts around their specific needs.

Some pre-reading and other preparation may be required. Families preparing for transition are expected to attend together and the training includes a children’s program designed to help prepare them move to another culture.
