What is a Staff Internship?

Our Staff Internship (Certificate IV in Christian Missions - C4CM) is a two-year hands on course that trains and assists you in the central fundamentals of becoming involved in full time missions. The Certificate IV in Christian Missions (or C4CM) provides you with opportunities and goals to empower you to step into leadership roles. Our aim is to provide a safe space where you can learn and be proactive in what God has put onto your life. The vision is to train and equip young people who have a fire for God to bring the Gospel to all nations of the Earth. 

What does it look like?

Our C4CM course gives practical insight on how to lead in ministry. We give hands on opportunities to share the Gospel in the Byron Shire as well as lead others in the ministries that we run! The Internship goes through classes that explain practical topics such as fundraising and evangelism then shows you how to apply those directly to your life. We want to see our young leaders and students walk in the calling and the heartbeat that Jesus has for the Byron Shire. Partner with us to see God move here in Australia and abroad!

Why Byron Bay?

As the most easterly point of Australia, Byron Bay has a unique calling. It is a backpackers hot spot, New Age Mecca and creative arts festival hub! The nations come here searching for spiritual answers and we have have a unique opportunity to bring truth and discipleship.  We desire to train, equip and release people to be ambassador of the truth- bearers of light to the nations in our community and internationally. To evangelize the lost and to strengthen new believers in the word – so they too would flourish in their lives and communities.
