If you are a leader of a church, para-church organisation, or any other institution and you desire to reorient your organisation around a missional framework, then the Master of Missional Leadership (MML) is for you!
MML Course Units will be taught by our talented Morling lecturers as well as international scholars and practitioners. MML is focused on training and equipping practitioners. One key and unique component is a major project which allows you, the student, to design and implement a model for missional formation in your own organisation. If you are looking to keep developing as a cutting-edge leader within a challenging and stimulating environment, then think about doing the MML.
As part of the MML you will be required to complete 2 elective units and a major project using action research in the field.
