Property Maintenance Manager

GRN is seeking a reliable self-motivated person to perform and coordinate maintenance and repair work across our office building and residential properties.

If you enjoy working outside and with your hands, and can manage small projects, you can use your skills to aid the smooth running of the mission and reduce costs.

• Part-Time, equivalent 1-2 days per week
• Very flexible hours
• Located in Prospect (western Sydney) and surrounding suburbs, and Katoomba

The role involves performing ongoing maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, painting, grounds maintenance and various small projects. For larger and more complicated maintenance projects the role involves getting quotes and managing the services of suppliers and contractors to meet the needs of the organisation in a timely and cost effective manner.

This role would suit a retired builder or similar, but can be customised for a range of skills, experience and availability.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Available regularly
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Practical/handy skills
• Current driver's licence and own motor vehicle (expenses to be reimbursed)
• Servant heart and commitment to ?elling the Story of Jesus in every language?
• Experience in small to medium maintenance and handyman projects
• Experience in managing and coordinating suppliers and contractors
