Mission Mentor

We are looking for a Mission Mentor in Victoria to walk alongside those interested in mission and in partnership with their churches, help them find their pathway into cross cultural missions. This includes working with churches, Bible Colleges and individuals sharing the vision and opportunities of WEC International and help facilitate them to serve around the world with WEC. This role also involves young adults' ministry, fostering prayer initiatives and working within the WEC National Mobilisation Team and their programs. This includes the WEC Stepping into Mission initiative that might present the opportunity to share about cross - cultural mission in schools. The Vision of WEC Mobilisation Team is "to see Australians and their churches mobilised into strategic roles so that multiplying churches are planted among unreached people groups."

This role also involves young adult's ministry, fostering prayer initiatives and working within the WEC National Mobilisation Team and their programs. This includes the WEC Stepping into Mission initiative that might present the opportunity to share about cross - cultural mission in schools and churches. The role is based in Melbourne. Due to Australian visa requirements, long term opportunities are only available to Australia residents/passport holders. Short term volunteers can obtain access to Australia for up to 12 months on a tourist visa.
