Administrative Assistant

The Sydney Refugee Team (SRT) seeks to alleviate suffering and help meet the needs of people of refugee background through the enabling of the Holy Spirit. As they endeavour to walk alongside those arriving in Sydney in order to equip and encourage them to become confident participants in the Australian community, settling into the new culture in which they find themselves.

The SRT seeks to engage and equip the local church in doing the same.

The team is in need of a volunteer administrative assistant who can assist the team with tasks such as following up and processing volunteer applications, and refugee referrals; database entry; advertising training; printing training manuals; Facebook posts; website updates; etc. This would suit a person who can pay good attention to detail.
